Ola Larses, Taipuva
Ola Larses has been a consultant at Taipuva since2016, coming from a role as head of Global Development Methods at DeLaval. Ola holds a Ph.D. in Mechatronics from KTH/Scania on the topic “Architecting and Modeling Automotive Embedded Systems”, and has more than 25 years of experience in systems engineering, architecture design and methods development in both larger and smaller organizations.

Per Stedfeldt, Epiroc
Per Stedfeldt is a seasoned expert in product lifecycle management (PLM) and business solution architecture. Since 2017, Per has been Process & Applications Manager at Epiroc, following key roles at Atlas Copco, including Senior Specialist and Business Solution Architect, where Per supported the PLM Programme and strategic roadmaps. Earlier, Per worked as Product Responsible and Project Manager at UGS Sverige AB. Per holds a Master of Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology (1983–1988).

Petr Sibik, Siemens
Petr Šibík is a Technical Product Manager at Siemens Digital Industries Software with over 10 years’ experience in software engineering, ALM, and product management. He has driven key Polarion initiatives such as the REST API, SAFe Template, Extension Portal, and AI-driven capabilities. Combining expertise in databases, agile practices, and API ecosystems, Petr applies modern AI to boost engineering productivity and innovation across Siemens’ ALM portfolio.

Johanna Varnander, Hitachi Energy
Johanna Varnander is the process leader of Requirement Management and driving the implementation across Hitachi Energy’s HVDC business unit. She holds a Bachelor in Power Electronics and a Masters in Quality Development and Leadership and has been with Hitachi Energy HVDC for more than 15 years, focusing on site verifications and leading engineering deliveries.

Slavisha Erkic, Hitachi Rail
Slavisha Erkic, PMP, is Director of Engineering Competitiveness at Hitachi Rail, leading transformation and performance improvement across urban rail systems. With more than 25 years of global experience in transportation and aerospace, he specializes in engineering strategy, cost competitiveness, and major program delivery. Since 2023, Slavisha has driven the rollout of Polarion for SelTrac CBTC projects, enabling integrated requirements management, traceability, and collaborative workflows across the system lifecycle. His digital‑first approach accelerates delivery, strengthens compliance, and enhances efficiency. He champions modern tools and analytics to improve ways of working and support data‑driven engineering decisions.

Natalia Pawlak, Hitachi Rail
As Product Owner for Engineering Environment Support by Hitachi Rail, Natalia Pawlak channels her passion and experience in requirements management and systems engineering into helping her stakeholders embark on their journey with Polarion, shape processes and create desired deliverables with efficiency and engagement. With her career spanning over 10 years in railway industry, she is known for her positive attitude, professional communication skills in five languages and hands-on approach for turning information into shareable and actionable insights.

Luca Pancani, Hitachi Rail
Luca Pancani covers the role of System & Core Product Owner in the new line of business of Hitachi Rail called Signaling and Railways Solutions (SRS) and is in charge of system design related engineering tools deployment. He is coordinating the team that is deploying and managing Polarion in SRS. His career started in Alcatel in 1998 dealing with ADSL deployment and new telecom operators network design in Italy, he worked for Alcatel in Lybia for the Western Lybia Gas project and as Chief Technical Officer for Dubai Metro Red and Green Lines in Thales. Since 2010 he is working in engineering processes, practices and tools definition and deployment, before in Thales and now in Hitachi Rail. He is known for his proficiency in supporting the organization ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency growth.
